The Town of Mooresville held a special, one-time Guaranteed Issue open enrollment for our voluntary benefit programs fall of 2019. This was the only opportunity for current employees to enroll in the voluntary benefits. Moving forward, these benefits will only be offered to new hires during their initial benefit enrollment period.
